Having a professional website built starts with good advice
Whether you want to have a professional website built, redesign an existing website, or bring web design, structure and SEO together for your business – the first step is a conversation. We build websites for businesses, freelancers and service providers, from the first idea to launch.

Before we build, we talk
Consultation that leads to a clear decision
A new website is an investment — in visibility, in trust, in more enquiries. Before that becomes a project, you should know exactly what you're getting, how we work, and whether we're a good fit. That's why every collaboration starts with a no-obligation conversation — not a sales pitch, but an honest assessment of your situation. Whether you want a new website built, professional web development, or a website relaunch – the consultation shows which path makes sense for your business.
Getting to Know Each Other
How the first conversation works
The first contact usually happens online — via Zoom or Google Meet, no matter where in Germany you're based. The conversation typically takes 20 to 30 minutes and is free and non-binding. Whether you're planning a new website, reworking an existing one, or simply want a realistic sense of web design and costs – the call clarifies your specific starting point.
You describe your projectWhat you offer, who you want to reach, and what problem the website should solve — even without a finished concept.
We ask the right questionsTarget audience, scope, existing structure, preferred language and timeline — the basis for a realistic assessment.
You get a first orientationWhich format fits your project, roughly what it costs, and which next steps make sense.
In-Person Meetings
When an in-person meeting makes sense
Most projects can be handled entirely online — from the first analysis to handover. An in-person meeting is worth it mainly for larger projects with several stakeholders, complex company websites requiring a lot of coordination, or when a direct conversation is simply the faster solution.
In-Person Meetings
How an in-person meeting works
An on-site appointment happens by arrangement, usually as a complement to the first conversation — for example to go deeper into project planning, coordinate with several contacts, or present a concept. Location and duration are agreed individually.
After the Conversation
What you receive after the consultation
After the first conversation you don't get an anonymous standard quote, but a traceable assessment:
A written summary of the conversation
An assessment of which website format fits your goal
A transparent price range based on your project
Concrete next steps — no pressure, no deadline
Project Start
How the collaboration begins
If you decide to work with us, the project starts with a structured planning phase: we clarify content, structure and goal for every page, define the technical foundation (Next.js, responsive, performant) and agree on a realistic timeline together. Only then does the actual work begin — design, copy and development interlock from the start.
During the Conversation
What we discuss together
A good consultation answers more than just the price question.
We clarify what you actually offer, for whom, and what decision a visitor should make on your website – send an inquiry, call, or book an appointment. Without this understanding, neither structure, copy, nor design can be planned meaningfully. That applies whether you want to have a completely new website built, don't have a website at all yet, or already run a business website you'd like to develop further.
In-Person Meetings
Where in-person meetings are possible
Collaboration happens online by default and works equally well for clients across Germany and internationally – via Zoom or Google Meet, regardless of location. In-person appointments are possible by prior arrangement and depending on project scope, primarily within roughly a three-hour drive of Pforzheim:
01
Pforzheim & Enzkreis
Pforzheim, Mühlacker, Bad Wildbad, Neuenbürg, Niefern-Öschelbronn
Freiburg im Breisgau, Offenburg, Lahr, Emmendingen
08
Ulm & eastern Württemberg
Ulm, Neu-Ulm, Aalen, Schwäbisch Gmünd
09
Frankfurt & Rhine-Main
Frankfurt am Main, Darmstadt, Wiesbaden, Mainz, Offenbach
10
Würzburg & Lower Franconia
Würzburg, Aschaffenburg
11
Constance & Lake Constance
Konstanz, Friedrichshafen, Singen
12
Alsace / France
Strasbourg, Colmar, Mulhouse
This region is across the border. An in-person meeting is possible here in principle, but is arranged separately and with sufficient advance notice.
In-person appointments are possible by prior arrangement and depending on project scope – including outside the regions listed. Regardless, the core of the collaboration happens online, nationwide and internationally.
FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the first conversation really free?+
Yes. The first conversation is non-binding and free — regardless of whether it turns into a project.
Do I already need to know exactly what I want?+
No. It's enough if you can explain your offer. We develop the right solution together in the conversation.
Do you also offer in-person meetings outside the listed regions?+
That's often possible by arrangement. Just write to us and we'll find a solution that works.
How quickly can I get an appointment?+
We usually reply within 24 hours with a suggested time for an online conversation.
What happens if we're not a good fit?+
Then we'll say so honestly. A consultation doesn't commit you to anything.
Roughly what does a new website cost?+
That depends on scope – a simple website starts in a different price range than a multilingual business site with many features. In the initial call you get a realistic price range that matches your specific project, not a standard package.
Is SEO included in the price, or is that extra?+
Technical SEO – clean structure, fast load times, correct markup – is part of every website we build from the start, not optional. Ongoing SEO support, such as regular content creation, we discuss separately if you want it.
Can I replace my existing website without losing my Google rankings?+
Yes, that's the normal outcome of a carefully planned relaunch. In the consultation we specifically discuss how existing content, URLs and rankings are preserved when moving to the new website.
